The DEYE SUN-25K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 is a powerful 25kW three-phase high-voltage hybrid solar inverter designed for large residential, commercial, and energy-storage applications. It integrates solar PV generation, high-voltage battery storage, grid power, and generator support into a single energy-management system. Deye identifies this model as part of its 5–25kW three-phase hybrid inverter series with 2 MPPT trackers and high-voltage battery support.

The inverter supports 160–700V lithium-ion battery systems and provides up to 50A maximum battery charging and discharging current. Its high-voltage battery architecture is designed to improve system efficiency while allowing flexible battery-storage configurations.

For solar input, the 25kW model supports up to 50kW maximum PV access power and 40kW maximum PV input power, with a 1000V maximum PV input voltage. It features 2 MPPT trackers with a 2+2 string configuration, providing flexibility when designing larger PV arrays.
